Publish posts on your training philosophy, market leadership, and agent success stories, along with behind-the-scenes looks at daily operations. This kind of content naturally attracts agents who align with your specific operating style, and it gives you material to link back to from your recruiting page. ##### 2. Create a Recruiting Page on Your IDX Website Start with a dedicated page that makes the case for joining your team.
