Why This Feature Matters
Bulk listing alerts help you engage a large group of leads at once, but without visibility into what happened after you click send, it's hard to confirm the alerts went through or catch problems early. Bulk Actions History gives you a real-time log of every bulk-applied listing alert, so you can verify completion, diagnose issues, and maintain accountability across your team.
Who Can Access It
Bulk Actions History is available to the Primary Manager on each account.
Where to Find It

- Log into your Sierra CRM account.
- Click the gear icon in the admin menu.
- Click the Bulk Actions History tile to open the page.

Filtering the Log
You can filter the log by:
- Site Name (if your account manages multiple Sierra sites)
- Listing Alert Type (Saved Search E-Alert or Market Update)
- Alert Status (Queued, Processing, Completed, or Error)

Best Practices
- Check Status and Date Completed after any bulk alert action to confirm it finished successfully.
- Use the IP Address column to verify which user initiated an action, useful for compliance review.
- Filter by Error status to quickly find alerts that need troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
-
Some leads didn't receive the alert.
Compare Leads Processed against Total Leads Selected, and check for an Error status or a mismatch in the alert's filter criteria. -
Can't find the Bulk Actions History tile.
This feature is limited to Primary Managers. Confirm your user role if the tile isn't visible.
