FAQs
Can Smart Filters be shared across users?
No. Smart Filters are tied to the individual user account and are not shared.
How many Smart Filters can I save?
There’s no formal limit, but only a certain number will be easily visible on the screen at once. Use the reorder option to prioritize.
Will setting a default Smart Filter speed up loading?
Yes. It bypasses the default “All Leads” view and loads your saved filter directly.
