This feature allows you to add multiple leads and agents, define the day, time, and location, choose between various appointment types, and even create custom appointment names. Activate Sierra’s Google Calendar Integration in Your Profile
You can activate Sierra’s Google Calendar integration in the “Connect Calendar” tab within your profile settings. Navigate to your profile in the Sierra admin area and select “Connect Calendar.”

Simply follow the prompts to sign in with your Google account and give Sierra permission to add events to your calendar.
Schedule Appointments from the Lead Profile Page
Once your calendar is connected, you can start scheduling appointments from the Lead profile page. A new tab, “Appointments,” has been added to this page. Select the “Appointments” tab to enter all the necessary information for scheduling, including day, time, location, appointment type, and participants (multiple leads and agents).
Appointment Customization
You can also create custom names for your appointment types to better organize your schedule. Customize every appointment - the date, time, location, invitees, and notes shared internally and externally.
Log Appointment Outcomes for Future Reporting
After an appointment is completed, you can log the outcome to track your various appointments for reporting purposes. This feature can be found in the Task Manager alongside other tasks, as well as in the Lead History.
Schedule Appointments from the Log Call Flow
Soon, you’ll be able to schedule appointments directly from the Log Call flow, making it even more convenient to manage your interactions with leads.
Mobile App Integration Coming Soon
This functionality will soon be available on the Sierra mobile app, allowing you to schedule and manage appointments on the go.
