Where to Find Ask Sierra
Now that Ask Sierra has graduated from beta, it is integrated directly into your daily workflow. You no longer need to visit a separate access page.
- Log in to your CRM.
- Locate the Ask Sierra search bar in the top navigation menu.
- Click the search bar to expand the input field. Alternately you can use the Cntrl + K (Windows) or Cmd + K (Mac)
- Type your full question (using a ?) and press Enter.
How to Get the Best Results
To get the most accurate answers, frame your queries as a single complete question rather than simple keywords. Ask Sierra uses natural language processing to understand the intent behind your request.
- Use a Question Mark: Always end your query with a question mark (?) to instruct the AI to generate a direct answer.
- Good: "How do I import leads from a CSV file?"
- Bad: "Import leads"
- Be Specific: Include the specific tool or feature name in your question.
- Good: "Where do I change the lead routing settings for my buyers?"
- Bad: "Routing settings"
Review the Sources: Ask Sierra provides links to the Help Center articles it used to generate the answer. Click these links for step-by-step verification.
