Ask Sierra (Beta): Instantly Get Help from the AI Answer Engine

Ask Sierra is your new AI-powered assistant, now in early beta. It helps you instantly find answers to your questions by pulling from Sierra’s Help Center and learning from real customer conversations. During this beta phase, we’re testing it across select client accounts—some will see it in full, others only in a limited view.

Ask Sierra provides faster, smarter support directly inside your CRM. Instead of searching through articles or waiting for help, you can simply ask a question like:

“How do I create a drip campaign?” — and get an instant AI-generated answer plus helpful links.

It’s built to save time, reduce confusion, and help you make the most of Sierra.

🔹 Where to Find It

Ask Sierra (Beta) lives on Beta Access Page.

  • Click the Ask anything button.

  • Type your question and end it with a question mark (?) to trigger the AI.



    Example:

    ✅ “How do I import leads?”

    🚫 “Importing leads” (not a question)

Best Practices

  • Always ask full questions with a question mark (?).

  • Try using keywords from the Help Center for the most relevant results.

  • Ask Sierra is constantly learning—more you ask, better it gets.

 

Troubleshooting Common Issues

I don’t see Ask Sierra in my CRM

You may not be part of the early beta group yet. Check with your account admin or wait for broader rollout.

It didn’t give a helpful answer

Rephrase the question, and make sure it ends in a ?. For complex issues, click the provided Help Center links or contact Support.

It says “No results found”

That may mean the AI needs more training. We’re tracking these gaps to improve the experience.

A: Not during the early beta. We’re collecting feedback automatically in the background.

Q: Is Ask Sierra the same as Support Chat?

A: Nope! Ask Sierra gives AI-generated answers and articles. For human support, continue to use the Help icon or Contact Support.

Q: When will this be available to everyone?

A: We’re targeting a full launch soon after the beta period ends and improvements are made based on testing.

Q: Where can I access Ask Sierra?

A: During early beta testing, Ask Sierra will live on a dedicated Beta Access Page. Starting June 30, it will appear directly in your Sierra CRM navigation bar as part of the broader beta and eventual live release.
