🧭 Where to Find Ask Sierra

  1. Log into your Sierra CRM.
  2. Click the Ask Sierra AI icon in the top menu bar.

📝 How to Use It

  1. In the search bar, type your question and end it with a ?
    Using a question mark is required to trigger an AI-powered answer.
    • Example questions:
      • How do I set up a drip email campaign?
      • Where can I connect my email account?
      • How do I edit my agent profile?
  2. Ask Sierra will respond with:
    • An AI-generated answer
    • A list of related Help Center articles to explore further
  3. Click on any article title to open it in a new tab and view the full guide.
