If you don't have a branded Ruuster app yet, visit [www.ruuster.com](http://www.ruuster.com). --- ### Connect Ruuster to Sierra **Step 1: Get your Sierra API key** 1. In Sierra, go to **Gear Icon → Integrations → Sierra Interactive![gear\_integrations](https://help.sierrainteractive.com/hs-fs/hubfs/gear_integrations.png?width=331&height=424&name=gear_integrations.png)** 2. Click **Copy** to copy your API key **Step 2: Add the key in Ruuster** 1. Log into your Ruuster app 2. Go to **Account Settings** (upper right) 3. Scroll to **CRM Integration** and choose **Sierra Interactive** 4. Paste your API key and click **Insert** You'll see a green "Connection Established" message once the integration is live. **Important:** The email address used in your Ruuster account must match the corresponding user's email in Sierra, or activity won't sync correctly.
