Dynamically Generate Price Range Links with the “Listings from Saved Search” Content Page Component

Add dynamic price range links to any content page using the “Listings from Saved Search” component.

Why This Feature Matters

  • Makes property searches more intuitive and user-friendly

  • Automatically segments listings by price to help visitors find what they need faster

  • Increases visibility for high- or low-price listings that may otherwise be buried

  • Streamlines content creation and allows for scalable page structure

    • To – ending price (e.g., 1000000)

    • Step – increment between ranges (e.g., 100000)

  • Click the + to add up to three price ranges per widget

6. Optional Settings

  • Show “Under” Link – adds a link for listings below the first price range

  • Show “Over” Link – adds a link for listings above the final price range

7. Save and Preview

  • Click Submit to save the widget

  • Use Edit Price Range to make changes later

  • View the frontend page to confirm links are visible

Best Practices

  • Group ranges by intuitive intervals (e.g., $100K, $250K, etc.) based on your local market

  • Include “Under” and “Over” links to cover all ranges of inventory

  • Use multiple widgets on longer pages to break up content visually

  • Ensure there are at least 12 active listings in the saved search for the price links to display

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Issue: Price range links not displaying

Fix: Ensure there are at least 12 active listings in the saved search and that price range fields are filled in correctly

Issue: “Under” or “Over” links not appearing

Fix: Check if the saved search includes a Min or Max price filter—that will suppress the respective link
