How Revaluate Works in Sierra

There are two parts to using Revaluate in Sierra:

  1. Enabling the Revaluate integration
  2. Understanding how Revaluate billing is handled

Once enabled, Revaluate monitors lead activity and applies predictive scores to eligible leads.


Enabling the Revaluate Integration

Step 1: Enable Revaluate

To enable Revaluate, log in to your Sierra Client Admin Area and visit the following page:

https://client.sierrainteractivedev.com/revaluate.aspx

This step is client-led.

Once enabled:

  • Revaluate can begin scoring selected leads
  • Leads can be added to or removed from scoring at any time
  • Scores will appear directly within the Sierra CRM

Important: Sierra is not automatically alerted when the integration is enabled.

Step 2: Adding or Removing Leads from Scoring

After enabling the integration, you control which leads are included in Revaluate scoring.

You can:

  • Add leads to scoring
  • Remove leads from scoring
  • Adjust your strategy over time

Revaluate monitors scoring activity independently and updates scores accordingly.

Understanding Revaluate Billing

Revaluate billing may be handled in one of two ways, depending on your account setup:

  • Billed through Sierra Interactive, or
  • Billed directly by Revaluate

The billing method depends on your specific account configuration and onboarding timeline.

If You Are Billed Through Sierra

For some accounts, Revaluate usage may appear as a line item on your Sierra invoice based on lead scoring activity.

In this case:

  • Sierra coordinates usage reporting
  • Charges are included with your regular Sierra billing

If You Are Billed Directly by Revaluate

For newer accounts — and as part of an ongoing transition — Revaluate may bill you directly for lead scoring.

In this case:

  • Revaluate tracks scoring usage through their own systems
  • Revaluate invoices you directly
  • Sierra’s role is limited to enabling or disabling the integration

No additional setup is required after enabling the integration.
