  4. Look for any template that starts with “SSH” (which stands for Sierra Success Hub). These are your pre-built touchpoints!

2. Choose the Right Touchpoint for the Moment

You’ll find templates designed for specific, high-impact situations in the client journey, including:

  • Appointment Confirmation
  • Appointment Reminder
  • Birthday
  • Home Anniversary (perfect for past clients)
  • Post-Showing Follow-Up
  • Post-Open House Attendance (for both buyers and sellers)

For example, after you’ve finished a showing, you can use the Post-Showing Follow-Up template to quickly ask the buyer what they thought. This simple touchpoint can give you valuable insight for your next tour.

3. Send or Schedule Your Message

Once you’ve picked your template, sending it is simple.

  1. Open the detail page for the lead you want to contact.
  2. Click Send Text to send the message immediately or click Schedule Manual Text to choose a later date and time.
  3. Select the SSH template you want to use from the dropdown menu. You'll see a preview of the message with merge fields like the lead's first name automatically filled in.
