Export Functionality for E-Alerts & Market Updates
You can now export a snapshot of leads who are receiving E-Alerts or Market Updates, including their engagement details. This tool is useful for tracking opt-ins, monitoring communication activity, and refining your follow-up strategies.
Why This Feature Matters:
Knowing who is receiving your alerts—and how they’re interacting with them—gives you the insight needed to prioritize follow-up, identify unengaged leads, and evaluate the effectiveness of your saved searches and updates.

Troubleshooting Common Issues:
Issue: I can’t find the export button.
Solution: Make sure you’re in either the E-Alerts or Market Updates page under the Leads section. The export button only appears at the top right of these pages.
Issue: My export is missing leads.
Solution: The export is currently limited to the first 500 records. Use filters to narrow your list before exporting.

A: This export is primarily for visibility and reporting. Use Sierra’s Lead Import Wizard for structured updates.
Q: Are drip campaign metrics included in this export?
A: No. This export only includes metrics related to E-Alerts and Market Updates.
