Overview

The Featured Lender Integration lets you surface a preferred lender—or a rotating set of lenders—directly on your listing pages. When a buyer clicks the call-to-action, a contact form captures their interest and automatically tags their lead record, so you can route, notify, or automate follow-up without any manual steps.

⚠️ Access to MLS Feed Settings requires Primary Manager or Manager-level user permissions. If you don't see this menu, contact your account admin.

Enable the Featured Lender Integration

Configure Display Options for Anonymous Visitors

By default, the lender widget only appears for logged-in leads who have an assigned lender. To extend visibility to all visitors:lender_display

  1. Check Display Lenders to Leads Who Are Not Logged In or Don't Have an Assigned Lender.
  2. Select which lender(s) to show to anonymous visitors:
    • One lender — always displays the same lender
    • Specific lenders — choose from your lender list
    • All lenders — rotates randomly across all active lenders

💡 If a logged-in lead already has an assigned lender, their assigned lender will always be shown — regardless of this setting.

Choose a Display Style

Select how the lender widget appears on listing pages:

Full Lender Display

Shows the lender's name, photo, phone number, NMLS® number, a preset description, and a call-to-action button. Use this when you want to build trust through a visible, personalized lender profile.

Placement on Property Detail Page: Below Floating Sidebar Widget
The integration renders just below the contact sidebar on the listing detail page.full_lender_display

CTA Only Display

Shows only the preset description and call-to-action button — no lender photo or contact details. Use this for a more minimal appearance or when lender profile details are incomplete.

Placement on Property Detail Page: Below Mortgage Calculator Widget
The integration renders beneath the mortgage calculator section.

How Lead Interactions Work

When a visitor clicks the Talk to a Lender CTA button:talk_to_a_lender_form

  1. A contact form opens.
  2. When the lead submits the form:
    • A note is added to their lead detail record documenting the interaction.
    • The "Featured Lender Integration" tag is automatically applied to their record.

You can use this tag to power downstream automations — for example:

  • Trigger an Action Plan to follow up with lender-interested leads
  • Add leads to a Smart Filter for lender pipeline tracking
  • Notify a lender or team member via an automation

📌 For help setting up tag-based automations, see Action Plans and Smart Filters.

Best Practices

  • Use Full Display when lender profiles are complete. Showing a photo, name, and NMLS® number builds credibility with buyers who are comparison-shopping — especially valuable on higher-priced listings.
  • Use rotation strategically. If you have multiple lending partners, rotating display ensures equitable visibility. For leads with assigned lenders, that assignment always takes priority.
  • Build a Smart Filter around the tag. Create a saved filter for leads tagged "Featured Lender Integration" so you can monitor volume and follow-up cadence in one view.
  • Pair with an Action Plan. Set an automation that triggers the moment this tag is applied — even a same-day notification to the lender can meaningfully improve response time.
  • Keep lender profiles current. Outdated phone numbers or missing photos undercut the trust the Full Display is designed to build. Review lender records periodically.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • The lender widget isn't appearing on listing pages.
Confirm the integration is enabled in MLS Feed Settings and that at least one lender is selected. If the anonymous display option is off, the widget will only appear for logged-in leads with an assigned lender.
  • The widget shows for some leads but not others.
Check whether those leads have an assigned lender. If so, their assigned lender displays and not the anonymous-visitor default. If no lender is assigned and anonymous display is disabled, no widget will appear.

FAQs

  • Can I show the lender widget to visitors who aren't logged in?
Yes. Enable Display Lenders to Leads Who Are Not Logged In or Don't Have an Assigned Lender in the integration settings, then choose which lender(s) to show.
  • What displays if a lead doesn't have an assigned lender?
If the anonymous/unassigned display option is enabled, the lender(s) you selected for that setting will appear. If the option is disabled, no widget displays for that lead.
  • Can I use this integration if I only have one lender?
Yes. Select One lender in the display settings and choose your lender. The widget will always show that lender to anonymous visitors, and assigned lenders will still take priority for logged-in leads.
