- Every user on both Sierra Interactive and FUB must match exactly (name and email). Below is an example of what matching users look like in Sierra and FUB:

- This is a prerequisite for using the full manual sync tool.

- Reintegrate by entering a valid FUB API Key and following the setup steps.
- Run a full manual sync after the reset to relink previous leads.
