How to Access Comms Consent for New and Existing Leads

For New Leads

1.Navigate to the Lead Detail page for a newly generated lead.

2.View the “Comms Consent” section in the Overview, which includes:

  • Registration date and time.
  • URL of the page where registration occurred.
  • IP address and location of the lead.
  • Consent language displayed at registration.

3. Access the Comms Consent History by clicking the provided button in the Overview section.

4. A modal will open with the following details:
  • Date and time of registration.
  • URL of the registration page.
  • IP address and location.
  • Copy of the consent language.

For Existing Leads

1. Review available data in the “Comms Consent History” section.


2. While not all historical data may be present, key details will be retroactively captured where possible:

  • Registration details.
  • URL, IP address, and consent language at the time of registration (consent language may not be available for existing leads).
