5. Best Practices
- Monitor Daily Limits: Ensure you don't exceed the 50 alerts per day limit to maintain performance and deliverability.
- Manage Unsubscribed Leads: Be mindful of leads who have unsubscribed. You may want to focus on other leads if they no longer wish to receive alerts.
- Use the Queue Feature: Queue up additional alerts for the following day to ensure that all your selected leads receive the listing alerts over multiple days without manually applying them.
6. Troubleshooting Common Issues
-
Problem: Can't apply listing alerts due to a lead being unsubscribed.
- Solution: Review the unsubscribed leads and decide whether to skip them or apply the alert anyway, keeping in mind potential delivery issues.
-
Problem: Maximum alert limit reached.
- Solution: Queue up additional alerts to apply automatically on the next day, ensuring you don’t overwhelm the system or your leads.
