1. Inbox Management

  • Tap the Inbox icon to view texts, calls, emails, and property inquiries
  • Click the down arrow to reply using a typed message, template, photo, 20-second video, or listing
  • Use the ellipsis menu to archive messages
  • Keep your inbox clear by responding to pending messages first

2. Tasks

  • Tap the Tasks icon to view due tasks, including calls, texts, emails, on-site messages, and action plan items
  • Click the down arrow to open a task
  • Use the ellipsis menu to:
    • Add notes
    • Mark complete
    • Remove tasks
    • View lead information

  • Tap the Leads icon to manage and search your leads
  • Use Filter Leads or the drop-down to find specific groups (e.g., upcoming birthdays, active searchers)
  • Use Select + Bulk Actions to:

    • Update lead status
