- Click the down arrow to reply using a typed message, template, photo, 20-second video, or listing
- Use the ellipsis menu to archive messages
- Keep your inbox clear by responding to pending messages first

- Tap the Tasks icon to view due tasks, including calls, texts, emails, on-site messages, and action plan items
- Click the down arrow to open a task
- Use the ellipsis menu to:
