Pro Tip: Use a Question Mark for the Best Results

How you type your question matters.

  • With a question mark (?): You’ll get an AI-generated answer plus related Help Center links.

  • Without a question mark: You’ll see a list of related articles only.

Example:

Ask Sierra lives in the Client Admin Area at the top of your screen, just to the left of the question mark icon.

Click into the Ask Sierra bar and start typing. No special formatting or commands needed. Use natural language, just like you'd ask a teammate.
