Everything from lead management to site settings lives here. This guide walks you through how to log in, recover your credentials if you've forgotten them, and troubleshoot the most common login issues so you can get back to business without the frustration. ### Table of Contents 1. You will need three things to sign in: #### What You Need to Log In - **Site Name:**  The root domain of your Sierra website — for example, `ourwebsite.com`. Do not enter a full URL (`https://www.ourwebsite.com`) or a custom domain that forwards to your site. If you're unsure which domain to use, contact your manager. - **Username:** Your unique login name for the CAA. This is usually not your email address; it is the username your manager created when your account was set up. Your manager is your first point of contact for login credential questions. Sierra Support only resets passwords for Primary Managers and Managers. On the login screen, click the **Forgot Username** link. Enter the email address associated with your user profile and you will receive an email with your username. Make sure you are using the email address tied to your specific user profile. If you have multiple email addresses, try the one you used when your Sierra account was first set up. Click the **Forgot Password** link on the login screen. Enter the email address we have on file for you and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once you set your new password, you will be logged in automatically. These automated emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder before requesting another one.
