Accessing the Login Page
Head to client.sierrainteractivedev.com to reach the CAA login screen. You will need three things to sign in:
What You Need to Log In
- Site Name: The domain name of the main website associated with your account. For example: ourwebsite.com
- Username: Your unique login name for the CAA.
- Password: Your account password.
Recovering Your Username
Not sure what your username is? No problem. On the login screen, click the Forgot Username link. Enter the email address associated with your user profile and you will receive an email with your username.
Make sure you are using the email address tied to your specific user profile. If you have multiple email addresses, try the one you used when your Sierra account was first set up.
Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password? Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen. Enter the email address we have on file for you and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once you set your new password, you will be logged in automatically.
These automated emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder before requesting another one.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you have recovered your credentials and are still unable to log in, try the following steps before reaching out to support:
- Clear your browser cache. Outdated cached data is one of the most common causes of login problems. You can find step-by-step instructions for clearing your cache here
- Switch to a supported browser. If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), switch to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Microsoft has discontinued Internet Explorer, and many modern web applications do not function correctly in it.
If the issue persists after trying both steps, please reach out to the Sierra Interactive Support team and we will be happy to help get you sorted out.
