Step-by-Step Instructions

Log into the Sierra Admin

Go to your admin dashboard using your login credentials.

Navigate to the Listings Section

Click “Listings” in the main navigation.

You’ll land on the Featured Listings page.

Find Your Listing

Use the “Search by MLS® #” field if you have many listings.

If your listing doesn’t appear yet:

Click “Import New Listing”

Select your MLS® Region (if applicable)

Enter the MLS® number and select the Listing Type

Wait 5–10 minutes for it to process and appear in your CRM
