Access Your Partial Seller Leads **Important:** Partial Seller Leads **do not generate system notifications.** You must proactively monitor them through the **Partial Seller Leads** tab in the Dashboard. - Navigate to your **Leads Dashboard.** - Click the **Partial Seller Leads tab.** Here you will see a list of captured partial leads, including: - Property address entered - Abandonment date and time - Source domain (Exec homepage Seller tab or Seller Lead Site) - Any other form field data (such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and location), excluding personal contact information [back to the top](https://help.sierrainteractive.com/helpcenter/using-partial-seller-leads-to-capture-more-listing-opportunities#top) #### 3. Manage and Follow Up From the Partial Seller Leads tab, you can: - **Mark as Contacted:** Keep track of who you have contacted. - **Create Lead:** Convert the record into a full lead when you later obtain their contact details. - **Delete Record:** Permanently remove the partial lead if needed. Leads will only be captured on Exec homepage Seller tab and Seller Lead Sites. | | --- | --- | | **Expecting data from a Free Market Analysis page** | The Partial Seller Leads feature does not capture from redirected Free Market Analysis forms. To capture from all forms, turn on general Partial Lead capture in Global Site Settings under Partial Forms. | | **Accidentally deleted a record** | Deleted partial seller leads cannot be recovered. Be cautious when removing records. | --- ### FAQs - **Does this feature collect personal contact information?** No. For compliance, Partial Seller Leads only capture property addresses and other non-personal form data. - **Can I capture partial leads from all forms across my site?** Yes. To do this, enable the general Partial Lead Information Capture toggle in Global Site Settings. This will capture partial data from all contact forms, not just seller-specific forms. - **Will this work if my site redirects to a different form page after entering an address?** No. The Partial Seller Lead feature only captures data on the Exec homepage Seller tab and Seller Lead Sites. Redirected forms like Free Market Analysis are not covered by this feature.
