[00:28] just to try to add some value to your
[00:31] day we're going to be talking about
[00:33] using Sierra Interactive and how top
[00:35] producing teams utilize it within their
[00:37] businesses the other thing I'm super
[00:39] excited about is my guests I have today
[00:42] I am privileged to have two
[00:46] people join me today who are obviously
[00:48] see your clients the first one is
[00:50] Kendall Bonner who I gotta assume you
[00:52] know a VP of Industry relations at exp
[00:56] and also a proud Seer a client and
[00:59] and happy I'm assuming and then we've
[01:01] got Jonathan Alfonso Jonathan is a
[01:05] powerful team leader out of Miami
[01:06] Florida so if you have any referrals
[01:08] reach out to Jonathan after this down in
[01:10] Miami Miami area he's also the president
[01:13] of his MLS board so he runs a super
[01:16] powerful team out of South Florida
[01:18] and we're gonna we're g to be talking to
[01:20] him today as well we really appreciate
[01:22] you guys being here can't thank you
[01:24] enough for joining
[01:25] us happy to be here great so want to
[01:30] start off I said what we want to
[01:31] talk about today is really how top
[01:34] teams and we've got two top teams here
[01:36] within exp are are leveraging
[01:39] Sierra for Success now for those of you
[01:41] who aren aren't familiar Sierra is a a
[01:44] fullservice idx website and CRM
[01:47] platform really the operating system of
[01:49] your business and I've just got a
[01:51] couple questions here I want to have a
[01:53] a fireside chat
[01:55] conversation with you guys if that's
[01:57] okay and let's start on the website
[02:00] side we'll start
[02:01] there and then work our way into the CRM
[02:04] piece but Kendall over to you
[02:07] what made you you guys have been Sierra
[02:09] clients for a long time and we thank you
[02:10] for that what made you guys choose
[02:13] Sierra for your team's website if you
[02:14] can remember that
[02:15] format actually I absolutely can because
[02:18] it wasn't that long ago I actually have
[02:20] a baby team that my husband and I
[02:23] started back in
[02:25] 2021 and we started from scratch and the
[02:29] thing that I think I did differently
[02:31] than I think most team leaders do is I
[02:33] was very strategic and intentional with
[02:35] how I started the team and how I I I
[02:38] raised the team up from scratch because
[02:41] I did not personally sell real estate
[02:44] with my team I actually train new lenses
[02:47] and agents who were looking to really
[02:50] grow their business because they on
[02:52] their own they had not achieved the
[02:54] level of success that they wanted to
[02:55] achieve and so I went to a bunch of
[02:59] leaders across the country so I know
[03:01] some I'll even say industry
[03:03] famous team leaders across the globe and
[03:06] I also was I hired John chac as my coach
[03:09] as well at that time when I got started
[03:11] and so I went to all of them and I was
[03:13] asking lots of questions I interviewed
[03:14] them I said what are you doing
[03:16] what how are you marketing what
[03:18] basically what did you learn what what
[03:20] works what doesn't work and I also
[03:23] asked what the tools what what
[03:25] was their Tech stack what
[03:26] tools were they using and I actually was
[03:29] given two website
[03:31] recommendations and Sierra being one
[03:34] of them and I also was looking for
[03:37] something that I could grow with because
[03:39] a lot of people I think when they start
[03:41] a business not just a team but any
[03:43] business everyone starts with trying to
[03:46] do it with the lowest budget possible
[03:47] which I think is a mistake what you
[03:49] should be doing is trying to find the
[03:52] tools that are GNA work for you
[03:54] today and tomorrow and that was what was
[03:56] really important to me and something a
[03:58] tool I could grow with a tool that
[04:00] would would stand the test of time and
[04:03] so that was why I picked Sierra
[04:05] Interactive as my website because it
[04:07] allowed me to scale number one number
[04:10] two it had the right I'll say bells
[04:14] and whistles for me that I wanted it
[04:17] was also I'll say semi- customizable
[04:21] although I've done a lot of
[04:22] customization to mine a ton and
[04:26] it yeah it had a lot of the stuff that I
[04:29] needed to be able to maximize its impact
[04:31] which I'm very very very proud of the
[04:34] website that I have at Sierra that's
[04:36] great that's great I appreciate that you
[04:38] know what we're doing is is obviously
[04:40] talking to top producing teams and what
[04:42] I heard from you is really you went out
[04:44] in the beginning and figured out what
[04:45] worked what other people had
[04:47] success with that's the beginning
[04:49] of a top producing team right and
[04:52] focusing on helping your agents be
[04:55] productive so you're learning what you
[04:57] need to pass on to your agents is is
[04:58] just awesome so thanks for that I
[05:00] appreciate that yeah Jonathan how
[05:02] about you what what what what brought
[05:04] you to
[05:05] Sierra well listen I I have to
[05:08] definitely Echo everything that Kendall
[05:10] said because we had a very similar
[05:12] thought process and not to
[05:15] take up too much time I'll keep it
[05:16] simple I just want to I think
[05:18] where I would add on is I think she's
[05:19] absolutely right we did the same thing
[05:21] we we copied others I looked I I
[05:23] remember I was traveling I was at one of
[05:25] my coaching conferences at Tom Ferry and
[05:28] I literally I I'm newer to the game in
[05:30] terms of forming a team we only started
[05:32] four years ago but I just started
[05:34] looking around and finding out who all
[05:36] the top producing teams were and I
[05:38] started going on their websites and I
[05:40] found a pattern and I I saw a
[05:42] couple of them and then I narrowed down
[05:44] and I went there the only thing
[05:46] I would add that Kendall
[05:48] touched on a little bit and and this is
[05:50] something I hear often when people are
[05:52] talking and I really don't think Sierra
[05:54] is an expensive option by any means
[05:57] obviously expensive is different to
[05:58] different people I think it's a very
[05:59] reasonably priced system and and and I
[06:02] love what I get but I think Kendall
[06:04] touched on an important point that a lot
[06:06] of people get caught up in in how much
[06:08] expense or what it's going to cost me
[06:10] and I always approach it from a
[06:12] different mindset which is it's not an
[06:14] expense it's an investment right my my
[06:16] CRM is an investment into my business of
[06:19] making sure that my database is being
[06:22] interacted with and how we how we how
[06:24] we're going to Market to our database so
[06:26] for me it's I think a lot of
[06:28] people get caught up in
[06:30] I hear it all the time
[06:31] people will call me well you're on
[06:32] Sierra but you can get this for $10
[06:36] less a month I don't get caught up in
[06:38] that right I I look for
[06:40] Effectiveness and and that to me is
[06:42] important that's awesome that makes a
[06:44] lot of sense and and looking at it as
[06:45] investment especially your Tech
[06:47] stack is probably going to change over
[06:49] the years but your CRM is really the
[06:51] found CRM and website are really the
[06:53] foundations of your business and you
[06:55] know there's a lot of people out there
[06:56] that know how painful it is to move from
[06:58] one system to the next so to do your due
[07:01] diligence to that you said and make
[07:02] sure you're getting the value for what
[07:04] you're paying for and what you're
[07:06] investing in super important that's
[07:08] great that's great and Kendall
[07:10] you mentioned that you guys have
[07:12] customized your site a lot
[07:14] you've done a lot of work to your site
[07:15] work beaning building it out
[07:18] making it the way you want how does
[07:20] the website play in your Le genen
[07:23] strategy oh gosh it's everything in fact
[07:26] that was probably another
[07:28] special or different thing I did with my
[07:30] team compared to most teams I did
[07:32] not start a business around ID
[07:36] Google or I'm sorry Zillow
[07:39] realtor.com a lot of the portals I did
[07:42] not start a business around door
[07:45] knocking and open houses I had actually
[07:48] a passion part of the reason I started
[07:49] my team was because I had a passion for
[07:51] lead generation and marketing and so I
[07:53] had a vision for what I wanted to do
[07:56] with that site which was I did go all in
[07:58] on Google right and so the Sierra
[08:02] site is such a powerful site and it it
[08:04] was one of the reasons why I chose it
[08:06] because it was well known as
[08:09] one of the best in class for online
[08:11] conversion and registration and capture
[08:13] rate for the type of marketing I wanted
[08:15] to do which was putting the marketing
[08:17] budget in my hands right so I'm not
[08:19] beholden to the big portals I don't I
[08:21] don't feel I overpay for marketing
[08:23] or leads because I actually went all
[08:27] in on SEO so I get a ton of
[08:30] organic traffic in fact I rank pretty
[08:33] high in Tampa for real estate agents and
[08:36] then I also run Google ads
[08:39] through my Sierra website and it allows
[08:41] me to lead capture grab that information
[08:44] bring that into the CRM and
[08:46] then follow up and assign it to an agent
[08:48] on the team as appropriate so it's it's
[08:51] 100% it's how I get recruits from
[08:53] it I get customer buyers and sellers
[08:56] from my website I get luxury deals from
[08:58] my website so for anyone that
[09:00] thinks they have to have a luxxury
[09:02] specific website that's not true I have
[09:05] we have actually gotten from our website
[09:07] in our league generation Million Dollar
[09:10] Plus clients in in the Tampa Bay area
[09:12] and more than multiples right so
[09:15] it's absolutely because my Market's
[09:17] not known for luxury in the same
[09:19] way a Miami or New York or a
[09:21] California Market is sure so that I'm
[09:24] really impressed and proud of what our
[09:26] site's been able to do to convert super
[09:28] cool that's great and yeah obviously you
[09:30] know Sierra was built on a proprietary
[09:33] SEO framework to be able to enable our
[09:35] clients to take advantage of that and
[09:38] our digital marketing team in
[09:39] house that runs Those pay-per-click ads
[09:41] and Facebook retargeting ads is is
[09:43] really second to none so that's great
[09:44] that you guys are taking advantage of
[09:45] that and if we could take a look I want
[09:47] to bring up your website now so we
[09:49] can show our our audience here so let
[09:53] me share my
[09:54] screen and there we go so so here's a
[09:57] look at Kendall's website and Kendall
[09:59] help us walk through I don't want to
[10:00] walk through all the details here and
[10:02] what you guys really leverage but
[10:04] tell us a little bit about how
[10:06] you've how you've taken advantage of the
[10:08] ability to build your website out with
[10:11] Community pages and things that
[10:13] yeah so I've done a bunch of stuff so
[10:14] one we SEO in the background
[10:17] so with links and back links and all of
[10:19] that we did Community Pages we also
[10:23] we did custom pages right so I have a
[10:25] custom about Kendall page I have the
[10:27] other thing is I did a widget and an
[10:28] add-on on for reviews so all of my our
[10:31] reviews from Zillow Facebook Google
[10:37] all of that lives on our oh yeah if you
[10:40] scroll down that page oh see there's a
[10:42] pop
[10:44] up that will lead capture on
[10:47] non-traditional capture pages right
[10:49] because the traditional lead capture
[10:50] that Sierra offers is hey I'm
[10:52] looking at a house I want to see more I
[10:54] want to know more then it lead captures
[10:57] right I actually have an additional
[10:58] widget so if someone lands on a page
[11:00] that there is no traditional lead
[11:03] capture I'm still able to capture those
[11:05] leads we have a video library with
[11:08] blog and I have blogs on there I have
[11:11] we've done all kinds of stuff on
[11:13] here there's tons of content that one
[11:16] again that c allows me to rank as
[11:19] well as gets to be a place where
[11:21] people can come and learn more before
[11:24] they feel they're making
[11:26] any commitments right so those are
[11:29] some of the the things that I've done
[11:31] that's great yeah this is
[11:33] crazy you've got a ton of content on
[11:34] here which is super impressive and one
[11:36] of the things I that I'm that I'm
[11:37] over right now and we're seeing a lot of
[11:39] our team leaders be interested in and
[11:42] start rolling out is the ability to
[11:44] build out pages that are focused on
[11:46] agent attraction right Hey we're
[11:48] all at exp here right you hear
[11:50] about agent attraction you got people
[11:51] focusing on it at different levels well
[11:53] you can actually create a a page
[11:56] within your website Kendall did
[11:58] here that focuses on agent attraction
[12:01] and you can take it one step further
[12:03] and potentially run ads to this page
[12:06] focused on the agents in your
[12:07] Marketplace to be able to start
[12:09] conversations with them and even manage
[12:11] them in the back end of Sierra putting
[12:13] them in a pond and and messaging them
[12:15] separately than than your buyer seller
[12:16] lead so it's it's super powerful I love
[12:19] to see that you're using that candle
[12:20] that's great oh yeah it's been fun super
[12:23] cool Jonathan I don't want to leave
[12:25] you out man so I know you're
[12:30] and I'm going to I'm going to pull your
[12:31] site up here too you guys are it
[12:33] looks you're using the same the
[12:35] same site type that we offer at ater
[12:38] we offer four different looks of the
[12:40] homepage and you guys have chosen the
[12:42] same one but Jonathan how does crsa
[12:46] compar to others that you've used in the
[12:47] past well so for for me I that that
[12:51] one's difficult because we had a very
[12:53] basic system that we got through
[12:56] the association so I didn't have
[12:57] anything robust what what I
[12:59] what I would add to what Kendall was
[13:01] just mentioning and how you can
[13:03] Leverage for us what
[13:06] was important was getting the consumer
[13:09] into our ecosystem right for us you
[13:12] know consumers are clicking everywhere
[13:14] so the fact that the Sierra
[13:16] website is so powerful and they can
[13:17] search and we can track what they're
[13:19] doing and and our agents on the back end
[13:22] can see what they've looked at and they
[13:23] can make those calls for us that was
[13:25] important and it was important on two
[13:27] fronts cuz one of the big
[13:28] things in in my team what what I always
[13:30] say is the difficult thing with
[13:32] real estate is we spend so much time on
[13:35] activities that don't necessarily
[13:37] generate Roi so you need to constantly
[13:39] be rethinking how you can turn something
[13:42] into how you can leverage data so
[13:45] one of the things I just even love
[13:46] to do is we started with no database
[13:48] we're up to almost 20,000 contacts yeah
[13:51] and we use Google just Kendall does
[13:54] so now when our listings get listed I'm
[13:56] able to pull up Google analytics and
[13:58] show I'm able to show our sellers
[14:00] hey by the way for example they to
[14:02] talk about how their property
[14:04] looks on for example Zillow which shows
[14:06] views and I'm often able to show listen
[14:08] your property only got 300 views there
[14:10] in my system we've got a new 1,00 views
[14:13] we're promoting it more and that's
[14:15] a value ad where we're able to
[14:17] quantify why having this database and so
[14:20] Sierra the fact that consumers
[14:23] searching on the website and we able to
[14:24] get them in for me it's been huge to
[14:27] have the website and keep them in my
[14:29] ecosystem that's great that's great I
[14:31] love that and obviously the
[14:34] the the control that we put in your guys
[14:36] hands to decide how many times you want
[14:38] somebody to be able to click on a
[14:39] property before they're either forced to
[14:41] log in or suggested to log in and being
[14:43] able to throttle that based on different
[14:45] lead types and things that to
[14:47] make it more engaging and obviously keep
[14:49] people on your site longer so so that's
[14:52] great Kendall what advice would you
[14:55] have what advice would you have for
[14:57] teams taking a look at year or
[14:59] considering year for their
[15:01] website I great question I
[15:03] think that any advice I would
[15:06] give would be around your
[15:08] website is a reflection of you and you
[15:11] have a ton of options out there when it
[15:13] comes to websites I would say this I
[15:16] think there's two types of websites
[15:18] there's vanity sites and then there's
[15:20] lead generation marketing lead capture
[15:23] and I'm gonna do business with my
[15:25] site okay yeah great great Point yeah
[15:27] and I feel if you are looking to
[15:30] actually have a website that's working
[15:32] for you you need that the latter you
[15:34] need the second site that's not a vanity
[15:36] site those vanity sites don't convert
[15:38] leads they're not going to
[15:40] build your business the way that a
[15:43] site that works hard for you while
[15:44] you're sleeping does and to me that's
[15:46] what CR interactive is it is a website
[15:48] that's working for me while I'm actually
[15:51] doing my day job right so so
[15:55] I would say if you want to a business
[15:58] that actually Ates business this is the
[16:00] best site for you I I really
[16:02] don't think that I would go any I I
[16:05] wouldn't go anywhere else but I would
[16:07] say that there was nowhere else that
[16:08] even is on my radar to even look at
[16:10] outside of s for for something this
[16:13] yeah we love hearing that for sure I
[16:15] love that and I I I I was
[16:17] just talking to a group another group of
[16:19] Agents today around agents or
[16:22] team leaders sometimes look at
[16:23] technology and they get a little bit
[16:24] overwhelmed oh my God Kendall put
[16:26] all this stuff on her website how
[16:28] much time is that gonna take me how much
[16:29] work and while we put the control in
[16:31] your hands understand that we also have
[16:34] a a a portfolio of partners that can
[16:37] help you with this thing right
[16:39] because at the end of the day team
[16:41] leaders need to be motivating their
[16:42] agents and running their teams not head
[16:45] down deep into creating content
[16:47] or or managing the content on their
[16:49] website yeah I hired outside
[16:51] third parties out me I did not do all
[16:53] this by myself number one number two
[16:56] I also it took time right it it was it's
[17:00] something that I didn't rank
[17:02] number one right away I it took a little
[17:04] bit of time but we were able to get our
[17:07] our our website go go search best
[17:10] Tampa real estate agents and you'll
[17:12] see who ranks organically number one
[17:15] probably paid and organically but all
[17:18] of that intentional right because consu
[17:21] I didn't and just real quick back I want
[17:23] to share this note I chose to rank for
[17:25] agents as opposed for H as opposed to
[17:28] houses because who's looking for houses
[17:30] buyers and it's really competitive out
[17:32] there right you have Zillow and you
[17:35] know realtor.com and all the big portals
[17:38] and all the big Brands fighting over
[17:40] search well who wants an agent when
[17:44] someone goes online and they're looking
[17:45] for a real estate professional these are
[17:48] home buyers home sellers other agents
[17:51] and guess what they typically a little
[17:53] further down the funnel right because
[17:55] they're actually ready to hopefully talk
[17:57] to someone and do more with that so
[18:00] that's that's my little top tip just big
[18:03] picture- wise and what I did and and
[18:05] why that was important to me
[18:07] yeah yeah super smart I love that I love
[18:09] that going after agent based keywords
[18:12] if you will super smart so Jonathan
[18:16] you're still with us man I appreciate
[18:18] it and what I'd to do is
[18:19] shift and we've talked a little bit
[18:21] about the website I
[18:23] said we got we've got a couple cool
[18:25] different designs we can work on there
[18:27] you're also using Sierra on back end to
[18:29] run your organization from a CRM
[18:31] perspective now obviously U the the the
[18:34] two technologies is actually one solid
[18:36] technology so the it's it's integrated
[18:39] perfectly tell me a little bit about
[18:42] how you run your team on Sierra and and
[18:45] why did you choose an all-in-one
[18:48] platform very simply I think
[18:50] doing the rounds and and being a newer
[18:53] team right I I was looking around and
[18:55] one of the things I saw was a lot of
[18:57] paralysis by analysis where people want
[19:00] to have all these shiny tools and for me
[19:02] it was it was super important to just
[19:05] have one platform that my agents can use
[19:08] as it is you hear this all the time from
[19:10] people I I got X tool that does
[19:13] this one little thing and then at the
[19:14] end of the day the agents just aren't
[19:16] using it so for me and and listen it's
[19:19] proven true I've made the mistake we've
[19:21] tried to add other things and then I I I
[19:23] look back six months later and the
[19:25] Agents don't use it but when it comes to
[19:28] Sierra
[19:29] they have been and we use it for many
[19:31] different metrics we're tracking on the
[19:33] back end even simple because I
[19:36] think a lot of times and especially for
[19:38] those of you out there watching you look
[19:40] at the big teams and and I consider
[19:42] myself more in the middle we're
[19:44] we're a 10 agent team but there's a
[19:47] lot of you out there that are starting
[19:48] out and and it becomes overwhelming so
[19:51] the easier that you can have one system
[19:53] for me was important that they could log
[19:55] in and we could do a lot with it we
[19:57] could see the searches that the clients
[20:00] are doing I could I could look at the
[20:02] the pipeline that my agent has and you
[20:04] know based on the statuses we can start
[20:06] to go through it we can look at
[20:08] call logs all right how many have you
[20:10] logged there's to me having that all
[20:13] in what platform and I don't have to
[20:14] start using and I and I know that some
[20:17] teams
[20:18] have inside people that are doing Tech
[20:21] API so they can bring in data from
[20:22] everywhere I don't have the bandwidth to
[20:24] do that we're too small and I
[20:26] think most of you out there are not so
[20:28] this is why Sierra works is because you
[20:31] can have it all in one platform you can
[20:33] sit with your agent and you can figure
[20:35] out how can we get how how can we
[20:38] convert some of your database and how
[20:40] can we move keep moving the ball forward
[20:42] and there's so many ways to do that in
[20:44] the platform yeah that's great and you
[20:46] know what I'd to do is share my
[20:47] screen one more time and show a little
[20:49] bit about that it's great that you sort
[20:51] of walk this through there but in
[20:53] regards to what what the agents
[20:55] will see and making it easy for agents
[20:57] to use techn te ology to leverage it in
[21:00] their business versus being a slave to
[21:02] it which is not what any team leader
[21:04] wants right it's hard
[21:06] enough to get these agents to log in to
[21:08] the system to begin with
[21:10] people get in this business to sell
[21:11] houses not to run technology so the
[21:14] simpler you can make it for your agents
[21:15] which is what we try to do here at
[21:17] Sierra the better which is
[21:20] having having filters that they can just
[21:21] call through understand they click on
[21:23] here a call through and then and then
[21:26] move on with their day and giving the
[21:28] team leader the ability to see to to to
[21:31] see are they making the calls if not why
[21:34] and if so and they're not converting let
[21:36] me help coach that agent to in regards
[21:39] to what they're saying to help better
[21:40] better convert those leads so yeah
[21:42] that's great man I I appreciate that
[21:46] Jonathan tell me tell me a little bit
[21:47] about your lead routing now
[21:50] you you mentioned you're doing Google
[21:51] you're doing online lead gen
[21:53] for your team is there how are you
[21:55] routing those leads because our our our
[21:57] lead routing is obviously super powerful
[21:59] and what you can do with it and are you
[22:03] are the agents also responsible for
[22:04] bringing their own business to the to
[22:06] the to the table as well so there's a
[22:10] couple things in there one and you were
[22:12] just showing the screen and I will tell
[22:13] you for those of you out there that have
[22:15] teams that want to recruit one of
[22:17] my biggest recruiting pitches now is
[22:19] there is still so many agents out there
[22:22] that are produce for example 10
[22:26] to 20 units and do three to $10
[22:28] million in production and they're
[22:30] working off an Excel spreadsheet you
[22:32] know and one of my recruiting pitches
[22:34] has just been I first thing I do is
[22:37] I give them the Sierra import template
[22:39] and I'm I show them how to fill it
[22:40] out I'm get me a 100 contacts a
[22:42] week I put them in there I showed them
[22:45] how to start setting them up on on
[22:46] property searches how to create those
[22:48] smart filters that you have and we walk
[22:50] them through it and that's been one of
[22:52] my recruiting pitches so using the
[22:54] system even something as simple as that
[22:56] to show them the power of what they what
[22:58] they have available to them and as to
[23:01] your second question with the lead
[23:02] routing obviously it's going to be
[23:05] very dependent upon the lead source so
[23:07] we're always trying to modify
[23:09] that and as as you all know
[23:12] working with so many top teams it's
[23:13] always going to depend seller
[23:15] versus buyer leads we we've we've
[23:18] worked around it but I will say the
[23:21] system allows me for example we
[23:24] we we sparse out certain neighborhoods
[23:26] to certain agents where that's their
[23:28] Farm we we try to move it there we do we
[23:30] do it by lead Source we also use the
[23:32] ponds a lot unfortunately for us you
[23:36] know PPC in my market is tougher because
[23:38] we're International so I'll
[23:42] get a lot of people searching for
[23:43] Messi's house unfortunately on my
[23:46] website wish I could sell it to them
[23:49] but having all those different rules
[23:51] that we can easily make sure that our
[23:54] agents are focused on the leads they
[23:56] need to be focused on and they're
[23:58] receiving those leads and then the smart
[23:59] filters can we organize it for
[24:02] them so this is what you need to focus
[24:03] on you're done here you can go to the
[24:05] next smart filter so that to me is
[24:08] invaluable I love that and let's pull
[24:10] up let's let me share my screen one more
[24:12] time and show you because I I I think
[24:14] the lead routing is so important because
[24:16] to your point everybody runs their
[24:18] business different right that's one of
[24:19] the things I love about Sierra and and
[24:21] I'm a Sierra user for six years right
[24:23] I work for the company but is
[24:25] this business is great because you can
[24:28] run it a million different ways and and
[24:30] you can be successful structuring your
[24:32] team any different way you want so we
[24:34] want to be able to be flexible in the
[24:37] design of our product to be able to to
[24:40] let all different types of team leads
[24:41] and team structures work right so
[24:44] some teams aren't you said
[24:47] Jonathan some teams are going to give
[24:48] certain area leads to certain agents on
[24:51] the team because they don't want to work
[24:52] in other areas and we give you the
[24:54] flexibility in regards to Le ring to
[24:56] be able to do that some some teams run
[24:59] you have to qualify to be able to
[25:00] get team leads from the team right
[25:02] if you meet these certain minimum
[25:04] standards then you qualify to be able to
[25:06] start receiving leads and we can be able
[25:08] to customize that for you and to be
[25:11] able to do that stuff so so that's
[25:13] great I appreciate that bring it back
[25:16] around because I do want to be I I do
[25:18] want to be respectful of everybody's
[25:19] time Kendall back to you how does
[25:23] Sierra in your opinion support the
[25:26] growth of a high producing team
[25:29] I think there's a lot of opportunity
[25:31] there and and a lot of support
[25:32] number one I love the knowledge base
[25:35] right just being able to not have to
[25:38] call someone but to very I'm very
[25:40] much my time is very limited I am
[25:43] when I want an answer I need an answer I
[25:45] to be able to go somewhere and
[25:47] just get what I need and I know that
[25:51] anything I need to learn about Sierra I
[25:53] literally can go and search on the back
[25:56] end of the platform and in the knowledge
[25:57] base and get the answers I need
[26:00] it's very efficient so I think that
[26:01] that's actually Super Key when it comes
[26:04] to for agents who need that support to
[26:07] know that they have it I've almost
[26:09] never had to call you guys for anything
[26:11] I've been able to literally navigate my
[26:13] website on my own which I think is
[26:15] really powerful yeah that's great I I
[26:18] love that and it's we also want
[26:20] we want the agents to be empowered not
[26:22] just to have them rely on the ops
[26:24] manager or Ops director or team leader
[26:27] so giving them access to our trainings
[26:30] our live trainings we have as me
[26:32] anything trainings which you can drop
[26:33] into a zoom room and just ask whatever
[26:35] question you have on the spot I love
[26:37] that you pointed that out thank you for
[26:39] that yeah yeah I just go and search and
[26:42] I get what I need and and I think
[26:44] that's probably the the best way that
[26:46] you can support us right is being
[26:48] accessible and having information at our
[26:50] fingertips so that would be my one thing
[26:53] that's awesome thanks Jonathan back
[26:56] to you what would you say to a agents or
[26:58] teams that are that are hesitant to
[27:00] switch
[27:02] platforms well I I think to those agents
[27:05] I would say number one I think you need
[27:08] to figure out where you want to end up
[27:10] right and you need to ask yourself where
[27:13] do we end up and then ask yourself what
[27:15] challenges are you having because no
[27:17] matter what it is that you're going
[27:19] through I I I I always struggle
[27:22] with agents and and and even people in
[27:24] different businesses when people the
[27:26] friction of doing the action is stopping
[27:29] them and it's it's well do you want a
[27:31] better future and and I think
[27:33] at the end of the day you need to ask
[27:35] yourself there's a reason why you see so
[27:37] many top producing teams on Sierra and
[27:39] you see them being successful so it's
[27:41] it's it's stopping you is that really an
[27:43] excuse because everything else
[27:45] we're all busy we're all doing it
[27:47] even even me in my position I'm looking
[27:50] at Kendall she was showing her sight and
[27:51] and the whole time I was thinking damn
[27:53] I need to I need to add some of
[27:55] this stuff and I haven't gotten to it
[27:57] and but don't don't let the friction of
[27:59] saying you don't want to do it do it you
[28:00] can find the time and I I would just say
[28:02] you need to ask yourself is this
[28:04] limiting my business cuz if so
[28:07] there's opportunity on the other side
[28:09] and listen at the end of the day
[28:11] everything else in life everything
[28:12] everything great lies on the other side
[28:14] of being uncomfortable and yes you're
[28:16] going to suffer a little of you're going
[28:18] to have to suffer through it but you
[28:19] know the payoff is there just ask
[28:21] yourself what specific features do I
[28:24] need and look to see if Sierra
[28:26] is going to address that for you
[28:28] so that makes sense and I love that
[28:31] don't don't let the friction of of doing
[28:33] it stop you from doing it so that's
[28:35] great well with that we're going to
[28:38] wrap up we it's a it's one minute
[28:41] away so guys I really really appreciate
