1. Access the Manage Leads Page

Go to Leads > Manage Leads

This page is mobile-responsive and works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone
2. Lead Name Column

Click the lead’s name to view full details

View the lead’s phone number, location (via IP), and quick actions

Click the plus button to:

Send an email

Click the type icon to set the lead as:

4. Phone Status Column

Shows:

Phone number status (Unknown, Valid, Wrong, etc.)

Click the phone icon to update status manually after a call
5. Email Status Column

Number of manual emails sent

6. E-Alerts Column

Displays the number of active email alerts for listings

Shows the most recent action associated with the lead

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Issue: Inaccurate lead location
Fix: Locations are based on IP and may not always be precise. Use for general reference only.
Issue: Email status says “Bounced”
Fix: This is automatically flagged when our welcome email bounces. Confirm address with the lead and update if needed.

Yes, many actions (emails, calls, notes, tasks) can be taken right from the Manage Leads page.
What does a red task mean?
It indicates the task is overdue and needs urgent attention.
Can I see what another team member last did with a lead?
