You will see the Quick-Call icon near the call options on the lead detail page.

How Lead Quick-Call Works

1. Remembers Your Last Used Number and Method

When you place a call, Sierra remembers:

  • The phone number you used
  • The call method you selected

The next time you click the Quick-Call button, Sierra automatically uses those same settings.

The remembered number is based on the last call you made across any lead, not just the current lead. Think of it like a favorite order that follows you everywhere, not just one location.

2. One Click Calling

Once your preferred number and method are remembered, you can place future calls with a single click.

This eliminates the need to repeatedly open the dropdown and re select the same options.

3. Full Control When You Need It

You are never locked into Quick-Call.

You can always:

  • Open the dropdown menu
  • Choose a different phone number
  • Select a different call method

Quick-Call simply saves time when you are repeating the same action.

4. Smart Reset Behavior

Quick-Call is designed to avoid incorrect calling scenarios.

For example:

  • If you call a buyer lead using a buyer agent number
  • Then move to a seller lead with no buyer agent assigned

In this case, Quick-Call will forget the last number and require you to choose again.

For most users who call from their personal Dialer number, this reset behavior will not be noticeable.
