Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Update a Lead’s Status

From the Leads Dashboard, click the dropdown arrow next to the lead’s name to choose a new status

Or, go to the Lead Detail Page and change the status from the primary contact panel
⚠️ Status names and colors are not customizable.
2. Common Lead Status Definitions (Example)
Your team can define custom meanings for each status. Here’s one team’s approach:

Blocked – Disables the lead’s login access and blocks incoming calls from the lead’s number (optional to unblock).

Additional statuses may be available depending on your setup (e.g., New, Attempted Contact, Nurture, Client, Closed, etc.)
