Step-by-Step Instructions

Before setting up a Traditional Action Plan, confirm the following:
- Enable the Sierra Dialer at the account level.
- Connect to the Sierra Dialer at the user level.
- Connect your email account in your user profile.

Create a Traditional Action Plan
- Navigate to Leads > Action Plans > + New Action Plan > Traditional.
- Enter a required Name and an optional Description.
- Click Save.

Add Activities to the Plan
- Click + New Activity and choose one of the following types:
- Phone Call
- Text Message
- On-Site Message
- Task
- For each activity, define:
- Assignee (Buyer Agent, Listing Agent, Lender, or Manager)
- Timing (when the activity should occur)
- Weekend settings and drop rules
- Notes (optional)
- Template or custom content (for emails, texts, and messages)
- Auto Send option (where applicable)
- Click Create.
- Click + New Activity and choose one of the following types:
