Click the lead’s name to view full details in a new window
- Click the plus button next to the lead's name to:
- Add lead tag
- Add Note
- Send Email

3. Phone & Email Status Column
- The phone status column displays:

- The Visits column displays how many times a lead visited your site and when each visit occurred.
- The Registered column displays where and when the lead registered on your site.
- The Listings column displays how many property listings the lead has viewed, which ones matched their criteria, and whether they saved any properties.
