Maximize Your Lead Conversion with Revaluate

Learn how to leverage lead scoring to prioritize high-potential clients and improve ROI.

 

Why This Feature Matters

Revaluate empowers you to focus on leads most likely to transact soon by:

  • Scoring leads using public and private data, such as life events, search behavior, and spending patterns.
  • Automatically updating lead profiles with their mover status.
  • Enabling smarter, targeted automation based on lead scores.
  • Increasing ROI by prioritizing high-probability leads.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Setting Up the Revaluate Integration

  • Primary Manager Only: Click the gear icon, then select the Revaluate tile under Settings.

  • Follow the setup wizard:

    • Review the integration overview and pricing

    • Watch the intro video

    • Accept the Terms and Conditions

     

  • Choose how to opt in leads:

    • Opt In All Leads (Recommended)

    • Or, use search filters to select leads to opt in

     

  • A Saved Search called “Revaluate” will be created on the Leads Dashboard

  • Set user permissions:

    • Allow Managers and/or Agents to opt leads in/out

    • Permissions are managed separately

     

⚠️ It can take 24–48 hours for Revaluate to return scores after opting in.

 

Using the Revaluate Dashboard (PMs Only)

  • Top Left Tile:

    • View % and number of leads opted in

    • Opt In All Leads button

    • Activity log of actions taken

     

  • Top Right Tiles:

    • View counts for:

      • Very Likely Movers (80–100)

      • Engaged Movers (40–79)

      • Not Engaged Movers (0–39)

       

    • Click View Leads to filter the Lead Dashboard

     

  • Bottom Left Tile:

    • Trend chart of lead count in each score category over time

     

  • Bottom Right Tile:

    • Monthly billing summary

    • View up to 4 months, with option to View All

     

  • Top Right of Dashboard:

    • Access Revaluate Settings

    • Use Status Toggle to turn integration off

  • Use automation to follow up differently with Very Likely vs Not Engaged Movers

  • Monitor score changes monthly to refine marketing campaigns

  • Opt in all leads to get the most comprehensive insight

  • Adjust lead routing to avoid issues when disabling the integration

 


Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • Scores missing? May still be processing—allow 24–48 hours post opt-in

  • Billing confusion? Check Dashboard for cost breakdown and activity logs

  • Status not updating? Refresh the Lead Dashboard or check integration toggle
