Maximize Your Lead Management Efficiency with Auto-Tagging

Automatically identify and prioritize high-intent leads to enhance your team's response time and streamline workflows.

Why This Feature Matters

Auto-tagging is essential for real estate professionals to manage their leads effectively. It helps your team identify and prioritize high-intent leads without relying solely on notifications. Here’s why auto-tagging is beneficial:

  • Improve speed-to-lead by flagging active or returning leads.
  • Create smart filters based on auto-applied tags, allowing for quick access to high-value leads.
  • Reduce missed follow-ups caused by overlooked notifications.
  • Streamline workflows for ISAs and agents managing high volumes of leads.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable Auto-Tagging Based on Behavior

  1. Go to your Behavioral Notifications Settings.

  2. Locate the notification type you want to tag (e.g., Saved Listing, Viewed Property X Times).

  3. Click the + button in the Tags section.

  4. Choose one or more tags from the list.

  5. Click Save Changes.

To Remove an Auto-Applied Tag

  1. In the same area, click the X next to the tag you wish to remove.

  2. Click Save Changes.

⚠️ Only Primary Managers and Manager-level Users can edit these settings. Agent and Lender-level Users can view the settings but cannot edit or remove them.

Applies Account-Wide

  • All leads across the account will receive the specified tag(s) if they perform the matching behavior.

  • Auto-tagging is not user-specific—it’s applied universally.

Best Practices

  • Use tag-based smart filters on the Manage Leads page to surface high-intent leads.

  • Train your team to prioritize tagged leads in daily workflows.

  • Use consistent naming conventions for tags like “Saved Listing” or “Viewed 3+ Times.”

  • Periodically review auto-tagging rules to align with evolving lead engagement strategies.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Issue: Tags aren’t applying to expected leads

Fix: Confirm the behavior criteria were met exactly (e.g., the lead viewed the same property the required number of times).

Issue: Agents can’t change or remove auto-applied tags

Fix: Only Managers or the Primary Manager can make tag assignment changes.
