1. Access the KW Marketplace

  • Log into your KW Command account.

  • Navigate to the KW Marketplace.

  • Search for Sierra Interactive.

  • Click on the integration and start the free trial if it’s your first time.

2. Launch API Nation

  • After initiating from the KW Marketplace, you’ll be redirected to API Nation.

  • If you don’t already have an API Nation account, create one.

3. Connect Sierra Interactive

  • In API Nation, choose Sierra Interactive from the app list.

  • Enter your Sierra API Key (this is available in your Sierra Integration settings).

4. Connect KW Command

  • Select KW Command (Rainmaker) as the second app to connect.

  • Authorize access to your KW account.

5. Configure Sync Settings

  • Choose whether the sync should be one-way or bi-directional.

  • Set rules for syncing:

    • From Sierra to KW Command

    • From KW Command to Sierra

     

  • Review field mapping options and adjust if needed.

6. Start Syncing
