How to Enable the Daily Listing Activity Email

You’ll need to enable this feature at both the account and user level:

 

1. Enable at the Account Level
  1. Navigate to the wrench iconGlobal Site Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Agent Permissions section.

  3. Locate the setting:

    “Send Daily Listing Activity Report Email to Subscribed Users in the Account?”

  4. Toggle it ON to activate this feature across your account.

 

2. Enable for Individual Users
  1. Go to the top navigation and click Users > Users.

  2. Search for an existing user or create a new one.

  3. Scroll to the Email Notification section.

  4. Toggle the setting:

    “Receive Daily Listing Activity Report emails with summary of the previous day’s new listings and closed transactions for the account?”
