Seamless Scheduling with Sierra and Google Calendar Integration

Simplify Your Appointment Management and Stay Organized.

Effortlessly manage your appointments with leads using Sierra CRM and Google Calendar. Our scheduling integration allows you to set appointments directly in Sierra while automatically syncing them to both your personal calendar and the lead’s calendar. This feature simplifies your scheduling process, making it easier to add multiple leads and agents, define the day, time, and location, choose various appointment types, and even create custom appointment names.

Scheduling is crucial in real estate; missed appointments can lead to lost opportunities. By integrating Sierra with Google Calendar, you can save time and reduce errors. This feature ensures that everyone involved is kept in the loop, fostering better communication and reducing the likelihood of scheduling conflicts.


Activate Sierra’s Google Calendar Integration in Your Profile

To activate Sierra’s Google Calendar integration, navigate to the “Connect Calendar” tab in your profile settings. Access your profile in the Sierra admin area and select “Connect Calendar.”

  1. Simply follow the prompts to sign in with your Google account.
  2. Give Sierra permission to add events to your calendar.

    Schedule Appointments from the Lead Profile Page

    Once your calendar is connected, you can start scheduling appointments from the Lead profile page. A new tab named “Appointments” has been added to this page. Select the “Appointments” tab to enter all necessary information, including:

    • Day
    • Time
    • Location
    • Appointment type
    • Participants (multiple leads and agents)

Appointment Customization

You can create custom names for your appointment types to better organize your schedule. Customize every appointment by defining the date, time, location, invitees, and internal/external notes.

Log Appointment Outcomes for Future Reporting

After completing an appointment, you can log the outcome to track your various appointments for reporting. This feature can be found in the Task Manager alongside other tasks, as well as in the Lead History.

Schedule Appointments from the Log Call Flow

Soon, you’ll be able to schedule appointments directly from the Log Call flow, making it even more convenient to manage your interactions with leads.
