Send Mass Voicemail Drops with the Sierra Dialer

Quickly send pre-recorded voicemails to up to 250 leads at once without ringing their phones using the Sierra Dialer mass voicemail feature.

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

 

1. Enable the Dialer and Required Permissions

 

  • Enable the Sierra Dialer at the account level

  • Ensure each user is connected to the Dialer in their profile

  • Navigate to Gear Icon → Voice And Text Settings and:

     

    • Toggle Enable Mass Voicemail Functionality to Yes

    • (Optional) Toggle Allow Agent-level Users to Send Mass Voicemails to Yes

     

 

 

2. Select Leads from the Lead Dashboard

 

  • Go to the Lead Dashboard

  • Select one or more leads

  • A new action bar will appear – click Send Voicemail to Leads

 

 

3. Choose or Record a Voicemail Message

 

Option A: + Record New Message

 

  • Record via:

     

    • Headset

    • Call-in with phone

    • Upload a .mp3 or .wav file

     

  • Add a title and optional script for future reference

 

 

Option B: Use Voice Messages Manager

 

  • Choose from previously recorded voicemails in your own or another user’s Voice Messages Manager

  • (Manager-level users can preview and select messages from other users)

 

 

4. Confirm Caller ID Based on Lead Type

 

  • Buyer leads → Buyer’s Sierra Dialer Number

  • Seller leads → Listing Agent’s Sierra Dialer Number

  • Buyer/Seller combo → Choose which Dialer Number to use

  • Lender-level users → Lender’s Dialer Number used as Caller ID

 

 

5. Submit Voicemail Drop

 

  • Voicemail will be delivered directly to the lead’s voicemail inbox

  • Their phone will not ring
