Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Connect Your Email First
Before sending emails, connect your email in your Sierra User Profile to sync outbound/inbound messages with each lead’s record.
2. Send an Email from the Leads Dashboard
Option A: Individual Lead

Click the + icon next to the lead’s name

Choose New Email
Option B: Multiple Leads

Check the box next to one or more leads

Click the Email icon that appears above the lead list
3. Send an Email from a Lead’s Detail Page

Click the lead’s name from the dashboard or search using the Search Leads bar

Click Email from the lead’s header, or click their email address in the Primary Information box
4. Send an Email from the Task Manager

Go to the Task Manager

Click the Emails tab, then select Send Email
