The Featured Lender Integration helps bridge the gap between buyers and lenders by:

• Promoting your preferred or assigned lenders on listing pages.

• Allowing leads to request lender contact through a built-in form.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Enable the Integration

    

   • Go to MLS® Feed Settings > Featured Lender Integration.

   • Check the box to Enable Featured Lender Integration.

    

2. Display Options for Anonymous Leads

    

   • After enabling, check “Display Lenders to Leads Who Are Not Logged in or Don’t Have An Assigned Lender” (optional).

   • Select which lenders to display:

      

     • One lender

     • Specific lenders

     • All lenders (can rotate randomly)

      

    

3. Choose Display Style

    

   • Full Lender Display

      

     • Shows: Name, Photo, Phone Number, NMLS® #, preset Description, and Call-to-Action (CTA).

      

   • CTA Only Display

      

     • Shows only the preset Description and CTA.

      

    

4. Choose Placement on Property Detail Page

    

   • Below Floating Sidebar Widget

      

     • Integration appears just below the sidebar on listing pages.

      

   • Below Mortgage Calculator Widget

      

     • Integration appears beneath or next to the mortgage calculator.

      

    

5. Lead Interaction and Form Behavior

    

   • Clicking the CTA (“Talk to a Lender”) opens a general contact form.

   • Upon submission:

      

     • A note is added to the lead’s detail record.

     • A “Featured Lender Integration” tag is automatically applied.

     • Use this tag to trigger smart filters or automations.
