Sierra Interactive 2026 Holiday Schedule and Support Availability

To ensure transparency and help you plan your operations, Sierra Interactive has released its 2026 schedule for observed holidays and company-wide training events. During these specific dates, the availability of the support team will be adjusted.

Below is the complete list of closures and limited-availability periods for 2026.

2026 Observed Holidays

Sierra Interactive will observe the following holidays in 2026. Please be aware that during these dates, the support team will be unavailable, and you may experience longer than usual wait times upon their return.

  • New Year's Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, January 19, 2026
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 2026
  • Juneteenth: Friday, June 19, 2026
  • Independence Day (Observed): Friday, July 3, 2026
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26, 2026
  • Day After Thanksgiving: Friday, November 27, 2026
  • Christmas Eve: Thursday, December 24, 2026
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 25, 2026

Regular operations will resume on the next business day following each holiday.

Professional Development Offsite

In addition to standard holidays, the Sierra Interactive Support Team will participate in an all-company Professional Development Offsite.

  • Dates: Tuesday, January 27, 2026, to Thursday, January 29, 2026

During the offsite period, the support team will operate with limited staff. The team will prioritize urgent matters, specifically:

  • Platform outages
  • Critical functionality impairments

Responses for non-urgent items may be delayed during this time.
