With a clean hierarchy of stats, listings, and agent details, your leads receive a polished and informative snapshot that can improve click-through rates and lead responsiveness.

 


 

 

What’s New in the Market Update Email

 

 

  • Saved Search Stats First

    The email now begins with an overview of the saved search stats.

  • Personalized CTA Block

    After the stats, the email features a CTA with the agent’s:

     

    • First & Last Name

    • Phone Number

    • Profile Image (if available)

      (All pulled from the User Profile)

     

  • Dynamic Listing Display Logic

     

    • Max of 6 listings displayed

    • Listing order preference:

       

      1. Sold listings

      2. If no sold → Pending listings

      3. If no pending → Active listings

      4. If no listings → Only stats, CTAs, and agent signature display

       

    • If more than 6 listings exist, the 6 most recent are shown

     

  • “View Full Market Report” CTA

    Appears after the listings, prompting the lead to explore additional listings.

  • Clickable Listing Status Links

    Leads can click on “Sold,” “Pending,” or “Active” to be taken directly to that section of the full market report.

  • Agent Signature Section

    The email ends with your signature, including:

     

    • Photo (if available)

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Website

      (All pulled from the User Profile)

Troubleshooting Common Issues

 

 

Problem: My image or name isn’t displaying properly.

Solution: Update your User Profile to include a name, email, phone number, and profile photo.

 

Problem: Only stats are displaying, not listings.

Solution: Confirm that the saved search includes active, pending, or sold listings. The system only displays up to 6 of the most recent available listings.
