Step-by-Step Instructions

 

 

1. Verify User Permissions

 

  • The Primary Manager can update the REALTOR® header image by default

  • Manager-level Users must have the permission “Can update main Account Contact Info” enabled in their user profile

 

 

2. Access ‘Account Contact Info’

 

  • From the Sierra admin, click the gear icon, then select Account Contact Info

 

 

3. Locate the REALTOR® Header Image Section

 

  • Scroll to the section titled Email / Flyer Header Image

  • Click Choose File to upload a new image

 

 

4. Upload Your Image

 

  • Accepted formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png

  • Recommended dimensions: 700px wide x 160px tall

     

    • Larger images will be resized to fit

    • Cropping before upload is strongly advised for best results

     

 

 

5. Save Changes

 

  • Click Save at the bottom of the Account Contact Info page to finalize the update
