Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Verify User Permissions

The Primary Manager can update the REALTOR® header image by default

Manager-level Users must have the permission “Can update main Account Contact Info” enabled in their user profile
2. Access ‘Account Contact Info’

From the Sierra admin, click the gear icon, then select Account Contact Info
3. Locate the REALTOR® Header Image Section

Scroll to the section titled Email / Flyer Header Image

Click Choose File to upload a new image
4. Upload Your Image

Accepted formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png

Recommended dimensions: 700px wide x 160px tall

Larger images will be resized to fit

Cropping before upload is strongly advised for best results

Click Save at the bottom of the Account Contact Info page to finalize the update
