Summary

Sierra Success Hub (SSH) is your built-in library of ready-to-use tools inside Sierra. Instead of starting from scratch, SSH gives you pre-configured assets that help your team adopt faster and convert more leads without the guesswork.

Each SSH asset follows a clear naming convention that begins with “SSH,” making it easy to spot and activate.

Why This Feature Matters

We get it. Real estate teams are busy. Most don’t have the time or staff to build workflows, filters, and automations from the ground up.

Sierra Success Hub bridges that gap by giving you a proven foundation that:

  • Accelerates adoption – Get workflows up and running in minutes

  • Creates consistency – Everyone works from the same best-practice playbook

  • Saves time – Skip the trial and error of building everything yourself

For example, a team leader onboarding new agents can use Sierra Success Hub automations to assign follow-ups and ensure no lead slips through the cracks. Meanwhile, a solo agent can rely on smart filters to build a daily follow-up list without spending hours sorting leads.

What’s Included in Sierra Success Hub

SSH provides a growing collection of built-in assets to help you engage leads, streamline workflows, and improve team consistency. These assets include:

  • Automations – Pre-built workflows that nudge leads forward at the right time

  • Lead Tags – Tags used as triggers to activate specific automations

  • Smart Filters – Saved filters that surface the right leads for follow-up

  • Action Plans & Drip Campaigns– Follow-up sequences designed for different lead types

  • Website Content Templates – Pre-designed content you can customize for your local market

Some assets are being rolled out in phases and may not yet appear in your account. As new assets launch, they’ll be automatically added to the Success Hub for all SSH users.

These assets are not editable. They’re designed to work out of the box using proven, best-practice configurations. You can always replicate the logic in your own filters, tags, or automations if you’d like to customize them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

⚠️Sierra Success Hub assets are only available for accounts with the Dialer enabled.
Already have it? Submit a support request to get access.
Need the Dialer added? Use the same form to request an upgrade.

Step 1: Locate the SSH Assets

Each asset lives in its respective area of the CRM. For example:

  • Go to Automations to view SSH workflows.

  • Go to Tags to find SSH lead tags.

  • Go to Smart Filters to see pre-built SSH filters.

All Success Hub assets follow the same naming format — they begin with “SSH” (e.g., SSH – Hot Buyers Now v1.1).

Step 2: Start Using the Assets

Once you’ve located them:

  • Activate any SSH automations you’d like to use.

  • Apply SSH smart filters to prioritize your daily follow-up.

  • Reference SSH tags and action plans to guide consistent outreach.

Step 3: Build on What Works

SSH assets are designed as ready-to-use templates and can’t be edited directly.
However, you can recreate or customize their logic in your own automations, filters, or tags to fit your team’s needs.

Best Practices

  • Start Early: Activate SSH assets right away to save setup time and start seeing results. Teams using SSH in the first 90 days often experience faster CRM adoption, higher lead response rates, and more consistent follow-up.
  • Use Assets Strategically:
    • Automations & Action Plans - Engage leads at the right time without manual effort.
    • Smart Filters - Prioritize daily follow-up efficiently.
    • Lead Tags & Templates - Maintain consistency in messaging and next steps.
  • Build for the Long Term: Observe which assets work best, then replicate or adapt them in your own automations, filters, or tags to support ongoing workflows.

FAQs

  • Do I need to have the Dialer enabled to use SSH assets?
Yes. SSH assets are only available to clients with the Dialer enabled. You can request access or ask to add the Dialer by submitting a support request.
  • Can I customize SSH automations or filters?
No. SSH assets are not editable. However, you can manually recreate them as custom assets in your own account if you want to make changes.
  • Where do I find SSH assets in my account?
SSH assets use a naming convention that starts with “SSH” (e.g., "SSH - New Lead Nurture"). You can find them in your Automations, Smart Filters, or Tag settings.
  • What happens when I activate an SSH automation?
The automation runs based on the included triggers and actions. For example, tagging a lead with the SSH Lead Tag might send an introductory text and assign a task to the agent.
