Step-by-Step Instructions:

Who Can Export Leads

  • Primary Manager & Manager-Level Users: Automatically have permission to export leads across the entire account.

  • Agent-Level Users: Can only export their own leads if the permission “Allow Agent-Level Users to Export Their Own Leads?” is enabled in Global Site Settings.

How to Export Leads

  1. Log into your Sierra CRM as a user with export privileges.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar.

  3. Select “Lead Export” from the dropdown options.

 

Set Your Export Criteria

  • Select filtering options such as:

    • Lead Status

    • Lead Tags

    • Custom Fields

     

  • You may select “All” in each filter category, but each section requires at least one selection.

 

Export the File

  • After setting your criteria, click the “Export” button.

  • Choose your preferred file format:

    • .csv

    • .xls

    • .xlsx

    • .txt

  • Export only the fields necessary to avoid handling sensitive data unnecessarily.
