  • Reflect familial or social relationships, such as spouses, partners, and friends.
  • Encourage smoother collaboration between agents and their clients.
  • Automatically CC linked leads on listing alerts and emails.
  • Reduce duplicate outreach efforts and enhance lead context.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Link Leads from a Lead’s Detail Page

  1. Go to a lead’s detail page.
  2. Hover over the Linked Leads section.
  3. Click Edit, then select + Add Linked Lead.
  4. Search for and choose the existing lead to link.
  5. Define the relationship (e.g., Spouse, Child, Partner).
  6. Optionally toggle CC Linked Leads on Listing Alerts on.
  7. Click the blue checkmark to save.

⚠️ Both leads must already exist in your account.

Set CC on Emails

  • When composing an email, check the box for CC Linked Leads.
  • Decide whether to include all or select specific linked leads.
  • Hover over the checkbox to view any restrictions.
  • Add additional email addresses using the Add CC option.

Who Can Link Leads?

  • Manager-Level Users: Can link any leads in the database.
  • Agent-Level Users: Can only link leads they are assigned to as buyer or listing agent.

Relationship Logic

  • Relationships are mirrored (e.g., Spouse to Spouse, Sibling to Sibling).
  • Exception: If A is labeled “Parent” of B, then B is automatically labeled “Child” of A.
