Unlock Seamless Lead Management with Third-Party Integrations

Access and manage API, mass email, and email-to-lead integrations directly from Sierra’s Integrations Manager.

Why This Feature Matters

Managing leads from various sources can be challenging for real estate professionals, leading to missed opportunities. By centralizing control of third-party service integrations, Sierra enables you to streamline lead management effectively. This feature:

  • Centralizes control of third-party service integrations.
  • Enables seamless lead syncing and advanced lead routing.
  • Supports a wide range of platforms: CRM tools, email systems, PPC sources, and more.
  • Streamlines importing leads from over 90 sources via email parsing.

Real-world Examples:

  • An agent using both CRM and email marketing platforms can manage leads efficiently without manual data entry.
  • A team can automatically route high-priority leads from Facebook Ads to specific agents based on predefined criteria.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Integrations Manager

  • Go to your Sierra Admin area

  • Click the gear icon, then select Integrations

2. Grant Manager-Level Users Access

  • Navigate to the user’s profile

  • Under Permissions, toggle “Can access Integrations Manager / enable integrations” to “Yes”

3. Understand Integration Categories

There are three types of integrations:

  • Direct API Integrations – Real-time two-way sync

  • Mass Email Integrations – Used for platform email routing

  • Email-to-Lead Integrations – Email parsers to auto-import lead data

4. Each Integration Becomes a Lead Source

  • Once enabled, these integrations appear as active lead sources in Manage Lead Sources

  • You can then create lead routing rules using these sources

5. Use the Search Bar to Locate an Integration

  • In the Integrations Manager, use the Search Integrations bar to find specific services

  • You can also filter by All, Direct API, Mass Email, or Email-to-Lead

  • Facebook Pixel Conversion Tracking

Email-to-Lead Integrations (Email Parsers)

  • Home Value Leads

  • Market Leader

  • Ojo

  • RealGeeks

  • Realtor.com

  • Ylopo

  • zBuyer

    And many more.

Once set up, emails sent to your parser address automatically create new leads in Sierra.

Tip: If the third-party service doesn’t support multiple lead notification addresses, set up forwarding rules in your email client.

Best Practices

  • Use tagging and lead routing rules to auto-assign imported leads

  • Check if parser services are accurately capturing full lead details

  • Use the Integrations Manager regularly to enable new tools as your tech stack grows

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Issue: Integration not sending leads to Sierra

Fix: Ensure the integration is properly authorized in the Integrations Manager and the source is marked active in Lead Sources

Issue: Email parser not working

Fix: Confirm correct parser email was entered in the third-party system or that email forwarding is correctly configured
