Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Integrations Manager

Go to your Sierra Admin area

Click the gear icon, then select Integrations
2. Grant Manager-Level Users Access

Navigate to the user’s profile

Under Permissions, toggle “Can access Integrations Manager / enable integrations” to “Yes”
3. Understand Integration Categories
There are three types of integrations:

4. Each Integration Becomes a Lead Source
