Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into the Client Admin Area (CAA)

    1. Sign in with your credentials to access the content management dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Content Management

    1. Click the Content tab in the main navigation → Content Pages

  3. Select the Page You Want to Update

    1. Find the page in the list and click its name to open it in the editor.

  4. Scroll to the Main Content Area

  5. Above the editor, you’ll see “Content Area: Main”

  6. Next to it, click the Truncate linktruncate

  7. You’ll see a “Display:” label with two options:

    1. All Paragraphs

    2. Read More after a set number of paragraphs

       

    3. Choose the number of paragraphs to show before truncating and click Savetruncate 2

  8. Preview your changes and then click Save & Exit

  • Use standard paragraph tags (<p>) in your content to ensure the truncation works properly.
  • Avoid using Shift+Enter to create line breaks. Instead, press Enter to start a new paragraph.
  • Place your most important or engaging content in the first few paragraphs to draw readers in.
