We’ve rolled out several enhancements to IntelliSearch this month — all designed to make your property searches smarter, faster, and more intuitive. Here’s what’s new:

🔍 Smarter Keyword Matching

We’ve refined how keywords work in search. Now, a search for “New Construction” returns listings that truly match the phrase — not just any listing where “new” and “construction” appear separately. Fewer false positives, better results.

 

💡 Why This Listing? Now You’ll Know

No more guessing! We’ve added clearer indicators showing why each listing appears in your search results. This gives you better insight into what matched — and why.

 

📐 Square Footage + Acreage, Side by Side

Thanks to your feedback, listings now show both square footage and acreage together. This is especially useful when searching for land, farms, or mixed-use properties.

 

🧠 Lead Name in Saved Search Modals

When you create a saved search from a lead record, the lead’s name now appears right in the search modal. Less confusion, more clarity — especially when juggling multiple clients.

 

📧 E-Alerts Now Auto-Subscribe

Keep your leads engaged effortlessly. When setting up a new E-Alert or Market Update, the “Subscribe” toggle is on by default. One less click for you, one more opportunity for your lead to stay in the loop.
