When an agent takes over a conversation in Sierra AI, the “Needs Follow-Up” flag is now automatically removed, reducing manual cleanup and keeping your task list tidy.
🗨️ Sierra AI: Text Alignment Enhancement
We’ve improved text alignment within Sierra AI’s messaging interface to ensure cleaner formatting and a more professional experience — especially in longer or multi-line conversations.
