Troubleshooting Cloudflare Access Blocks for Remote VAs and ISAs

Sierra Interactive uses Cloudflare security, which can temporarily block remote VAs and ISAs. Learn why it happens and how to restore access.

Sierra Interactive uses Cloudflare, a global security service, to protect your website and the Sierra platform from harmful traffic. If Cloudflare detects unusual activity which can include legitimate traffic from virtual assistants (VAs) or inside sales agents (ISAs) working internationally it may temporarily restrict access. This is an automated security measure, not a change Sierra has made to your account.
